Italy: All operations throughout the country have resumed with delivery services operating as normal. However do bear in mind, due to the Nationwide lock-down, businesses may not be operating as normal. Please ensure you make contact with your customer to confirm they are operational before sending shipments, as it may face heavy delays.
China (Peoples Republic): All pickup and delivery services have been suspended in Hubei province. Many ports and airlines are suffering from shortages of staff, so there may be heavy delays faced when arriving into the country, and going through Quarantine & Customs. Please do bear in mind, due to the lock-down, businesses may not be operating as normal. Please ensure you make contact with your customer to confirm they are operational before sending shipments.
Australia: Australia refuse to allow vessels that have called at Chinese ports to enter their own until the crew has been declared virus-free and this is proving to take some time so delays may be caused.
Middle East and North Africa:
Saudi Arabia suspends flights to and from the UAE. Flights to and from Saudi Arabia for “all air carriers” operating from the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, South Korea, Egypt, Italy, Iraq, Oman, France, Germany, Turkey and Spain have been temporarily suspended. Authorities announced that the measure was a bid to control the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Following the statement from the General Authority of Civil Aviation Saudi Arabia, all flights from the UAE to Damman, Jeddah, Medina and Riyadh are cancelled.
USA: The US President as imposed a travel-ban for all shipments entering from Europe for the next 30 days (at least). It has been has mentioned this will apply to ‘people not goods’, however delays still may be faced to to quarantine at Customs.

No restrictions have been reported at the moment.
