As per the customs regulations in Turkey, personal/individual shipments with a value below 30 EUR must have the customs fees paid by Aramex IST upon arrival.
This process does not require the consignees approval, therefore in any case where the consignee refuses to pay the charges then the charges will automatically be billed back to the shippers.
