Operational Update:
Guernsey: The local government has put the island into a lockdown for a minimum
of two weeks effective from 24th January. DHL is still operational, however service
delays are expected due to a change in airport operating hours impacting DHL
flights.

Australia:Due to out of control bushfire burning in western Australia, service delays expected in the
following cities: The Vines, Bailup, Ellenbrook, Gidgegannup, Millendon, WalyungaNational Park, Upper
Swan, Aveley, Avon Valley National Park, Red Hill, Belhus, Baskerville, Herne Hill, Bullsbrook, Wooroloo,
Brigadoon In The Shires Of Mundaring, ChitteringAnd Northam and the City of Swan.

China(Shijiazhuang):With adherence to the COVID-19 control requirements released by local government,
all main roads to and from Shijiazhuang (SJW) remain blocked. Hence all new pick-ups to destinations in SJW
have be suspended with effect from 21st January 2021until further notice.

Timor-Leste: All inbound shipments are temporarily suspended until further notice.

India:
The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary2021. DHL remains operational in all
major cities in India.
Countries should check for serviceability through DHL Capacity Tool / MyDHL. Please note that some delays
may still be expected in some locations.

Myanmar:Due to current declared state of emergency,the international airport has been closed, and DHL
service has been suspended until further notice.

The Philippines: The government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary 2021.
DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can
access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.

Sri Lanka:The government has imposed a curfew for certain cities. DHL is still operational with some delays
expected.

Vietnam: Due to anincreasing number of COVID 19 cases, the government has decided to place Chi Linh City
in Hai Duong province under lockdown. Service has been suspended until further notice.
