Europe:

Operational Update:
Guernsey: The local government has put the island into a lockdown for a minimum
of two weeks effective from 24th January. DHL is still operational, however service
delays are expected due to a change in airport operating hours impacting DHL
flights.

Asia Pacific:

Operational update:

Christmas Island: Pickup and delivery service is temporary suspended in Christmas Island until further notice.

India:

The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 31stMarch 2021. DHL remains operational in all major cities in India.

Countries should check for serviceability through DHL Capacity Tool / MyDHL. Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.

Myanmar: For the safety of our customers and employees, we will be temporarily suspending operations to and from Myanmar from 6th March until the end of the month.

The Philippines: The government has extended the lockdown until further31stMarch 2021.

DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.

Sri Lanka: The government has imposed a curfew for certain cities. DHL is still operational with some delays expected.

Timor-Leste: All inbound shipments are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Vietnam: The government has put Hai Duong province under quarantine due to raising COVID 19 cases. Pickups and deliveries will continue, except in locations where the government has implemented a lockdown. Shipments will remain in the local service centre, until area is accessible.

Equatorial Guinea: Due to an explosion that place in the military barracks of Nkuan-Ntomaon 7th March 2021. All services in Bata have been suspended and until further notice.

Senegal: Due to public demonstrations, and security risks, pick ups and deliveries have been suspended until further notice.
