Operational Update:
Guernsey: The local government has put the island into a lockdown for a minimum
of two weeks effective from 24th January. DHL is still operational, however service
delays are expected due to a change in airport operating hours impacting DHL

Operational update:

China(Shijiazhuang):Service has resumed in the majority of the area. For the following postcode, service remains suspended:

The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary2021. DHL remains operational in all major cities in India.

Countries should check for serviceability through DHL Capacity Tool / MyDHL. Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.

Myanmar: DHL will continue to operate but with extended transit times as delays are expected.

The Philippines: The government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary 2021.

DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.

Sri LankaThe government has imposed a curfew for certain cities. DHL is still operational with some delays expected.

Timor-LesteAll inbound shipments are temporarily suspended until further notice.

VietnamThe government has put Hai Duong province under quarantine due to raising COVID 19 cases. Pickups and deliveries will continue, except in locations where the government has implemented a lockdown. Shipments will remain in the local service centre, until area is accessible
