India: 1.The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 30thNovember 2020. DHL remains operational in all major cities in India. 2.DHL India is currently serving over 7,000 post codes for different products. Services in these post codes will remain open to both India Billed and Network Billed customers who are operational as per applicable government guidelines. Pick up can happen globally for these post codes into India. The services will also be available for Diplomatic Mail. Services outside these post codes stay suspended until further notice 3.Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.
The Philippines: The government has extended the lockdown until 30thNovember 2020. DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.
