Operational Update: Australia: The state of Victoria has implemented a Stage 4 lockdown in the state. A citywide curfew in Melbourne has been implemented from 8pm to 5am every day. DHL is still operational though there may be service delays. China: Temporary Suspension of Pick-ups from mainland China into India: Temporary suspension for all nondocument shipments until further notice. Documents service has resumed. India: 1.The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 31stOctober 2020. DHL remains operational in all major cities in India.
1.DHL India is currently serving over 7,000 post codes for different products. Services in these post codes will remain open to both India Billed and Network Billed customers who are operational as per applicable government guidelines. Pick up can happen globally for these post codes into India. The services will also be available for Diplomatic Mail. Services outside these post codes stay suspended until further notice 2.Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.
Malaysia: The government have imposed a lockdown in the Kota Setar District of Kedah until further notice, no picks or deliveries will be completed. The Philippines: The government has extended the lockdown until 31stOctober 2020. DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.
