Please expect delays in NYC this week. There are new security alerts in NJ today due to the locating of  bombs at the weekend and this will impact what was going to be a difficult week.There will be  road closures, security checks and general traffic disruption to Manhattan. Hotel deliveries will now be very difficult if they are being used by the UN delegates.  The situation is being monitored.
