Check your international customers are open to receive parcels

There are countries where non-essential shops and businesses are closed; therefore, we advise you check before shipping that your customer is able to receive parcels, to avoid unnecessary costs. In each country, we will attempt delivery where possible and return to you if they are unable to gain access.

ROAD SERVICES TO EUROPE 

AUSTRIA – There are delays at boarders due to the extra checks on people which is impacting on our vehicle arrival times, with delays of up to 24 hour delays expected. All non essential shops have been closed (Supermarkets and pharmacies remain open) which is impacting on delivers

FRANCE – Operations continue as normal, although expect delays of up to 24 hours. All non essential shops have been closed (Supermarkets and pharmacies remain open), which is impacting on deliveries. There are a reduced number of pickup points, which is affecting the ability of customers to collect parcels Reduced European collection service with France only collecting on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until further notice

GERMANY – Operations continue as normal, although expect delays of up to 24 hours. There are long delays at boarders due to the extra checks on people, which is impacting on our vehicle arrival times. All non essential shops have been closed (Supermarkets and pharmacies remain open), which is impacting on deliveries. Our drivers will not ask customers to sign for their deliveries unless they are high value item

ITALY – Operations continue as normal, although expect delays of up to 24 hours. All non essential shops have been closed (Supermarkets and pharmacies remain open), which is impacting on deliveries. Due to areas being in quarantine we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes.

POLAND – Operations continue as normal, although expect delays of up to 24 hours. There are delays at boarders due to the extra checks on people, which is impacting on our vehicle arrival times. Some shops are closed, a;though this hasn’t impacted our last mile delivery.

SPAIN – Operations continue as normal, although expect delays of up to 24 hours. The Spanish Government has issued advise for much of the country to self-isolate, which will impact deliveries. ll non essential shops have been closed (Supermarkets and pharmacies remain open), which is impacting on deliveries

AIR SERVICES

CHINA – We expect delays of 24-72 hours. The movement of people has been restricted across china with increased checks and traffic control measures now in place. We therefore expect delays to our final mile delivery

CYPRUS – There are a significant reduced number of flights available, which is impacting on deliveries and leading to 48-72 hour delays

KUWAIT – There are a significant reduced number of flights available, which is impacting on deliveries and leading to 24-72 hour delays

SAUDI ARABIA – There are a significant reduced number of flights available, which is impacting on deliveries and leading to 24-72 hour delays. The city of AL-Qatif is now in lock-down (no one is allowed in this area) with no deliveries able to take place – it is collection service only (Customers are notified by text)

USA – There are a significant reduced number of flights available, which is impacting on deliveries and leading to 24-72 hour delays
