Sri Lanka – Fuel Crisis Impact Service Levels
As we are all aware on the current ongoing fuel crisis in Sri Lanka, we are pleased to inform
that DHL pick-up and delivery services are not impacted at this moment.
However our remote area services are impacted as these outstation cities’ service providers
mainly use petrol motor bikes. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will keep you
updated if there is any changes.
Macau – Covid-19 Situation
Due to COVID-19 prevention measures, The Macau government ordered a one-week
suspension of all non-essential commercial and industrial businesses, including casinos,
starting on 11 July to curb its latest Covid outbreak.
Only companies authorized by the government are allowed to remain open.
DHL Macau Pick-up and delivery services as normal but services are dependable on the
receivers whether they are open to receive the shipments so please do expect delay in the

Due to closure of Ukrainian airspace, our flight operations to and from Ukraine are suspended.
Therefore, we have temporarily suspended the acceptance of DHL shipments to and from Ukraine.
Domestic and Inbound services to Russia have been suspended, no shipments accepted until further
Full Services suspension.
The commonwealth Games commence Thursday 28th until Monday 8th August. Road restrictions in
place in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton Area. Delays expected.
