Operational Update:
Sri Lanka –FUEL CRISIS IMPACT SERVICE LEVELS (UPDATES)
Third party deliveries are impacted due to no fuel and contingencies are being worked out by
domestic delivery companies in securing necessary fuel to continue operations. There is an
additional 2 days impact for third party area remote location deliveries.
Macau –Covid-19 Situation
Due to COVID-19 prevention measures, The Macau Government has extended suspension till 01
AUG 2022 for non-essential business services.
From 02 AUG 2022 would be permitted for all business services as normal. DHL pick-up and
delivery services have been operating as essential services throughout this suspension, but
services are dependable on receivers whether they are open to receive the shipments. Please
expect deliveries delay.
