Europe:

Asia Pacific:

India : Temporary Suspension of Pick-ups from China, Hong Kong and Macao across all ports into India:Due to severe lag in customs clearance for shipments originating from China, Hong Kong and Macao across all the ports in India, we would want to ensure that shipments originating from other countries around the world would not be impacted by this congestion. Therefore with immediate effect, DHL will be temporarily suspending pick-up of import shipments from China, Hong Kong and Macao for the next 10 days (26 June – 6 July 2020).

1.The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 30th June 2020. DHL has restarted operations in all major cities in India and all DHL gateway locations and majority of the 52 Service
centres across the country and 40 cities are operational.
2.DHL India will serve an expanded list of over 6500 post codes for different products. Services in these post codes will remain open to both India Billed and Network Billed customers who are
operational as per applicable government guidelines. Pick up can happen globally for these post codes into India. The services will also be available for Diplomatic Mail. Services outside these post
codes stay suspended until further notice
3.Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations. Maldives: The government has extended the lock-down until 29th June. DHL has been authorised to resume a limited delivery service.

Nepal : The government has decided to extend the nationwide lockdown until 29th June. DHL Express Nepal will continue to operate as it is classified to be essential services. Pick-up can be
done on request basis only.

The Philippines : The government has further extended the nationwide lockdown until 30th June 2020. DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pickups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.

Middle East and North Africa:

Americas:

Cuba: Service has been temporarily suspended.

Sub Saharan Africa:

Guinea-Bissau: Service has been suspended until further notice.

Sao Tome and Principe: Service has been suspended until further notice.

Zimbabwe: Due to increased security measures, pick-ups and deliveries in Harare city have been suspended.
