Europe:

Nothing to Report.

Asia Pacific:

India:

1. The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 30th June 2020. DHL has restarted operations in all major cities in India and all DHL gateway locations and majority of the 52 Service centers across the country and 40 cities are operational.

2. DHL India will serve an expanded list of over 6000 post codes for different products. Services in these post codes will remain open to both India Billed and Network Billed customers who are operational as per applicable government guidelines. Pick up can happen globally for these post codes into India. The services will also be available for Diplomatic Mail. Services outside these post codes stay suspended until further notice

3. Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.

Maldives: The government has extended the lock-down until 29th June. DHL has been authorised to resume a limited delivery service.

Nepal: The government has decided to extend the nationwide lockdown until 14th June. DHL Express Nepal will continue to operate as it is classified to be essential services. Pick-up can be done on request basis only.

The Philippines: The government has decided to extend the nationwide lockdown until 15th June, with slightly more relaxed rules. DHL Express Philippines will continue to operate as it is classified to be essential services. Service impact expected due to government road closures.

Middle East and North Africa:

Iraq: The government has announced a full lockdown until 14thJune. Service impacted expected for pick ups and deliveries.

Libya: Service has resumed.

United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi is in full lockdown. Service impact expected for pick ups and deliveries.

Americas:

Cuba: Service has been temporarily suspended.

El Salvador: Due to tropical storm in Amanda, service impact is expected.

Puerto Rico: Pick up and Delivery at DHL branch only up to 7pm. Also, Banks are open but restricted hours.

Suriname: Due to civil action, service has been suspended.

USA: Due to wide spread unrest around the country, service impact is expected.

Venezuela: Inbound service to resume on 8th June. Limited outbound service has resumed

Sub Saharan Africa:

Comoros: Inbound service has been suspended, outbound service remains operational.

Guinea-Bissau: Service has been suspended until further notice.

Sao Tome and Principe: Service has been suspended until further notice.

Zimbabwe: Due to increased security measures, pick-ups and deliveries in Harare city have been suspended.
