Australia: The state of Victoria has implemented a Stage 4 lockdown in the state. A citywide curfew in
Melbourne has been implemented from 8pm to 5am every day. DHL is still operational though there may be
Bhutan: The government has announced a full lockdown until 29th August. DHL is only able to deliver
extremely urgent shipments subject to special permit approval and medical supplies.
Temporary Suspension of Pick-ups from China, Hong Kong and Macau across
all ports into India: Temporary suspension for all non-document shipments until
further notice. Documents service has resumed.
Due to positive cases in Urumqi, the local government have put in strict controls.
Service has been suspended until 5th September.
1.The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 31st August 2020. DHL
has restarted operations in all major cities in India and all DHL gateway locations and
majority of the 52 Service centres across the country and 40 cities are operational.
2.DHL India will serve an expanded list of over 7,000 post codes for different
products. Services in these post codes will remain open to both India Billed and
Network Billed customers who are operational as per applicable government
guidelines. Pick up can happen globally for these post codes into India. The services
will also be available for Diplomatic Mail. Services outside these post codes stay
suspended until further notice

The Philippines: The government has further extended the nationwide lockdown
until 31st August 2020. DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pickups
and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees
confirm availability to receive shipments.
Nepal: The government has extended the country lockdown until 2nd September
2020. DHL are still operational and able to pick up and deliver to enlisted essential
