Melbourne, Victoria: Victoria has extended lockdown until at least 26th October. All receptions will
remain closed until 26th October. There is no change in DHL Operations, Gateway and Service

China Operations Pickup & Delivery:

Please be informed that there will be 3-5 transit days delay expected for outbound materials from
East and South of China until further notice. We will continue to keep you updated of any change to
the transit time.
As of Monday November 8th until Sunday November 14th, the temporary weight limit restriction of
100kg per pick up (customer collection) per day will be increased to 300 kg per pick up (customer
collection) per day from China and Hong Kong to all destinations.
Shipment Transfer Delay to Urumqi City (HAK-URC) and Lanzhou City(BJS-LHW)
There will be transit delay impacted for shipments destined to Urumqi and Lanzhou.
For Urumqi shipments, shipments will be held in XIY (Xi’An) until transfer service can be resumed.
