Operational Update:
Guernsey: The local government has put the island into a lockdown for a minimum
of two weeks effective from 24th January. DHL is still operational, however service
delays are expected due to a change in airport operating hours impacting DHL

Operational Update:

Barbados: Country is on a 2 week national lockdown until 18th February. DHL are only allowed to deliver to essential services and medical equipment during this time.

United States of America: Due to winter storm, service impact expected across the Midwest of the country.

Operational update:


Service has resumed in the majority of the area. For the following postcode, service remains suspended:
– Gaocheng Dist: 052160-052167

Timor-Leste: All inbound shipments are temporarily suspended until further notice.

India:The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary2021. DHL remains operational in all major cities in India.

Countries should check for serviceability through DHL Capacity Tool / MyDHL. Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.

Myanmar: DHL will continue to operate but with extended transit times as delays are expected.

The Philippines:

 The government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary 2021.

DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.

Sri Lanka:The government has imposed a curfew for certain cities. DHL is still operational with some delays expected.


The government has put Hai Duong province under quarantine due to raising COVID 19 cases. Pick
ups and deliveries will continue, except in locations where the government has implemented a lockdown.
Shipments will remain in the local service centre, until area is accessible.
