Guernsey: The local government has put the island into a lockdown for a minimum
of two weeks effective from 24th January. DHL is still operational, however service
delays are expected due to a change in airport operating hours impacting DHL
flights.

Timor-Leste: All inbound shipments are temporarily suspended until further notice.
India:The Indian Government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary2021. DHL remains operational in all major cities in India.
Countries should check for serviceability through DHL Capacity Tool / MyDHL. Please note that some delays may still be expected in some locations.
Myanmar: DHL will continue to operate but with extended transit times as delays are expected.
The Philippines:
The government has extended the lockdown until 28thFebruary 2021.
DHL will remain operational all throughout this period. Pick-ups and deliveries will be done when DHL can access the area or when consignees confirm availability to receive shipments.
Sri Lanka:The government has imposed a curfew for certain cities. DHL is still operational with some delays expected.
Vietnam:
The government has put Hai Duong province under quarantine due to raising COVID 19 cases. Pick
ups and deliveries will continue, except in locations where the government has implemented a lockdown.
Shipments will remain in the local service centre, until area is accessible.
